"Biffo" digital stamp

Biffo (or Bifford Biffington to use his real name) started doing
kids parties in the late 60's to earn a little cash till his acting career
took off. Unfortunately apart from one ad for cat litter, and a walk on
part in an episode of Columbo, he never really made the big time. So
back to the balloon giraffes and baggy pants
